Bridal Gowns £825-£2550
Bridesmaid/Occasionwear £250-£400
Mother of the Bride/Groom £150-£700

 

Are appointments required?

Yes. We are a very small team and last minute changes to our opening hours are possible, so we always ask that you call or drop us a message before you plan a visit to us. We are rarely able to accept walk-in appointments due to this. We can only guarantee you time with an Assistant and time in our changing rooms if you book in advance and arrange a date to come in.
 

What happens if I find a dress I love?
We ask for a 50% part payment upon ordering. We will take some quick measurements from you to determine the best size to order you in. This is not a specific size to your measurements, any adjustments to ensure a better fit will be done by our in-house seamstress, should you choose to use her services.

We'll let you know when your gown arrives with us in store and the remaining balance will be due within 2 weeks of arrival. 

Any seamstress work is payable SEPARATELY, at the end of the process directly to her - usually a couple weeks before your wear date! 
 

How long does it take for dresses to arrive?
Bridal gowns take 16-20 weeks. Bridesmaid/Occasionwear take around 8-10 weeks and Mother of the Bride/Groom 6-8 weeks.  Delivery times can vary, with some dresses even arriving earlier than given dates, and be affected by seasonal holidays so we always ask for a minimum of 6 months where possible for Bridal orders. This allows for a relaxed shopping experience for you, and means we have time if any natural delays occur and time for alterations. 
 

How many people can I bring to my appointment?
We ask that you limit the number of people accompanying you to 3.  Space is limited in the changing room area and we often ind that too many people can confuse things for you, leading to unnecessary stress when making decisions.  Follow up appointments are possible if you have more people you'd like to see the dress or WiFi is available for video calls.
 

How do I know what you have available to try on?
Our designers make a huge range of dresses and sadly we can't stock everything they do! So in order to show you exactly what to expect when you come to see us, there are images of the dresses we have here at the shop as samples in the Gallery section.  Click the tab in the header above and you can choose which selection of dresses you'd like to view.

Whilst sizing doesn't matter at the first appointment, we have a range of sizes stocked in the shop between 14-28. A sales assistant will be there to accompany you during the appointment, and will be able to pin the garment to give you the best idea of how a gown or outfit will fit when it arrives in your size! We do our best to be 100% size inclusive - so if you have any concerns about this, please always drop us a message. 
 

Do you charge for appointments?
Not currently.  £25 appointment charges have been used in the past however we are offering our appointments free of charge at the moment.  We reserve the right to introduce these charges again in the future however this will not affect you if you have already booked an appointment with us.
 

What can I expect from an appointment?
We aim to provide an inviting and relaxing environment for everyone visiting us.  Tea, coffee and comfy seating for accompanying guests help to make sure you all feel welcome.  A fully knowledgable personal assistant is there to help you for the entire duration of your appointment, ensuring you get a proper feel for the dresses and their features and helping with fit when trying on. We're here for any questions you have along the way! 
 

Do you buy back dresses after they have been worn?
We do not purchase dresses after they have been worn by our Brides or any who have bought elsewhere.  This is due to lots of reasons but mainly due to them having been altered to fit the previous wearer making them more difficult to fit to anyone else and due to us having storage limitations with our own samples to sell after discontinuation by Designers.
